from unicornprince.blogspot.com:I am a little concerned. The Olympic torch is coming through London tomorrow afternoon, and I still have not received a letter from the mayor asking me to carry it for our stretch of the relay.
Of course I booked off the afternoon anyway and have made sure to put together my most fetching winter outfit in red and white for CANADA but it seems odd that I have not yet received the certified mail delivery with my invitation.
Is it possible that my postal carrier is still upset about the gun incident? I certainly hope he realizes that pride in our glorious nation is more important than who may have tried to shoot who.
